I have no idea how a facebook page can get stolen and what one does about it - I hope it never happens to me.

Nina, so sorry to hear of your FB troubles. I understand that FB support staff is all working from home and so it's taking longer for them to address security and support concerns. Hopefully they will eventually help you get it straightened out and reset your password, and/or shut the imposter down. I suppose this kind of nonsense is how the hackers amuse themselves when they are under Stay At Home orders!
