They specifically said NOT to use detergent but they were waterfast. If you need to wash a quilt then to use a very week detergent. When I give this kind of quilt to a client, I usually suggest giving it a light vacuum 4 times a year - It still sorta freaks me out making a quilt out of so many different types of fabrics - cottons, polys, knits etc.Nina Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14316034317827146338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4364828980944336570.post-18980790460141716602011-06-13T10:14:31.403-04:002011-06-13T10:14:31.403-04:00The family is really going to love this quilt: so ...The family is really going to love this quilt: so many fabrics to hold memories and then the pictures, too. I guess it is too much to hope for to have any of them do very well in a quilt that will be washed.

I need to do some dog items for the National Specialty Auction in Sept and really wanted to do a quilt with pictures from the calendar I produce for them.

glenGlen QuiltSwissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02663112676927847239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4364828980944336570.post-15373176416056312652011-06-13T09:30:57.358-04:002011-06-13T09:30:57.358-04:00I like it.
